What's Pop's story?
Oscar 'Pop' Jennings was born and raised in the small, quaint town of New Franklin, Missouri. New Franklin - situated equidistant between Kansas City and St. Louis - is noted as the benchmark point on the historic Santa Fe Trail. Pop opened his very own butcher shop in 1954, curing specialty meat products for farmers in the surrounding counties. Growing up after the Great Depression, Pop learned the value in producing a quality meat snack that would preserve in the hands of his fellow farming buddies.

So, what's in the batch?
Well, Pop never gave away all of his secrets, but we can assure you that Pop's Authentic Handmade Artisan Meat Snacks are made from lean cuts of locally-sourced pork and beef. Each batch is handcrafted to guarantee a full-bodied flavor. Watch out, though - our Habanero flavor has a bit of a fiery kick!

We're having a fundraiser, can we sell Pop's Authentic Handmade Artisan Meat Snacks?

You bet, click here to contact us about our fundraising program. Meat snacks make a great fundraiser for most any group. Not only do they not need to be refrigerated, but they won't melt in the car like candy bars.

Can you ship Pop's Authentic Handmade Artisan Meat Snacks to our military men and women?
Sure, all we need is the APO or FPO address. We've shipped many packages to folks serving our country.

How long will it take us to get our order of Pop's Authentic Handmade Artisan Meat Snacks?

Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days. Occasionally we may have to make another batch before we can ship the meat snacks. If this is the case it may take a bit longer, sometimes up to a week before we can ship the meat snacks. In either case we will send you an email letting you know when the product ships. We use UPS to ship so most orders will deliver 2-4 days after we ship.
